Took over day to day ops on a $5 million custom home that was already 9 months behind schedule. In addition to scheduling subs and daily reporting to the Builder (my employer) I was also the intermediary for the owner, developer and architect who was the CM.Assisted subs where needed and framed/reframed multiple projects. Maintained site safety/security and facilitated the C/O being issued 4 months later
